THE GOOD AND REALITY OF TESTIMONY

Testimony is a deliberate way of telling the whole world about the greatness of the Lord. It is a spiritual exercise which strengthens believers on hearing what God did in another person’s life. Beyond, it tells about the continuous work of God among His people. Testimony gladdens God’s heart to do more, it permanents such miracle and put the devil to permanent shame.
In my life, family and ministry, God has been our pillar for fifteen years now. He is our Protector, Success, Provider, Healer, Power, Strength and Guide. He has been so wonderful serving and working with Him. Without hesitation, I am proud to tell the whole world that it is sweet to accept, believe, serve and trust in the Lord!

NO SHAKING!

He who makes God his trust needs no fear of what happens around. The sustaining grace of God is  sufficient for all situation. Though the righteous falls seven times, he shall rise and his steps be kept from destruction. Refuse to accept defeat. Be ready to rise and shine again. Peace be still Oh you storm. May your cloud turns to showers of blessing. The roar of your adversaries turn to their regret. Whoever plots your fall shall fail, fall and falter. No shaking God is on your side.  Psalm 91; Isaiah 40:10; 54: 15-ff; 

THE WONDER OF HIS NAME

The name we bear speaks volume and plays vital roles relative to our destiny. What becomes of you in life may not be unconnected to the name we bear. Therefore, the giver of the name and the bearer must be divinely connected. Jesus came according to the Word of God through His prophets and angels. His birth, ministry, death and resurrection are all connected to His name.  

"For to us a child is born,

to us a son is given,

and the government will be on his shoulders.

And he will be called

Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,

Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. " Isaiah 9: 6

The name is Marvelous, Sustaining, Sovereign, Eternal, Redemptive.

If you trust Him He will surely meet you at your point of needs according to the riches of His name.

Moving Ahead in the Spiritual Battle

Christians are meeting every Sunday to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. However we must not ignore the fact that we are ceaselessly at a battle front. This is a lifetime war which is fierce all through. Therefore we must spare enough time to fight the good fight of faith not with carnal weapons but spiritual.
3 For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. 4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. 6 And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete.

Christ Baptist Church Alimoso is uniquely known as Christ's Headquarters where happy and victorious people are reaching out with the Gospel of our Lord Jesus to the rest of the world. The joy of the Lord is our strength and the glory of His Majesty preserving His people against the gates of hell.
